'Mandatory' blood testing at DUI checkpoints in 2011

"There's a report out tonight that 24-years ago I was apprehended in Kennebunkport, Maine, for a DUI. That's an accurate story. I'm not proud of that. I oftentimes said that years ago I made some mistakes. I occasionally drank too much and I did on that night. I was pulled over. I admitted to the policeman that I had been drinking. I paid a fine. And I regret that it happened. But it did. I've learned my lesson."
—President George W. Bush, CNN Larry King Live, November 2, 2000 -- George Bush Bush DUI arrest blotter. But it's OK to kill dozens of cops by a false-flag terror attack on 9/11

Feds, Police Enforce Mandatory Blood Tests At Florida, Texas Checkpoints

'No Refusal" DUI Blood Test Goes Nationwide funded on Federal Grant Money

Like shooting ducks in a barrel...

"Strictly speaking, a driver can register a BAC of 0.00% and still be convicted of a DUI. The level of BAC does not clear a driver when it is below the 'presumed level of intoxication.'"
Tennessee Driver Handbook and Driver License Study Guide, 1990 to 2011

WARNING: Admission to sipping 1 beer during a steak dinner will usually result in arrest and conviction for DUI. That's called a CONFESSION by the court, which will then rob you of $10,000.

For a "judge" or non-attorney judicial commissioner to sign a search warrant for blood, there must be probable cause. SO DON'T GIVE THEM PROBABLE CAUSE! Driving through a checkpoint is NOT PC.

Key here is no open containers of alcohol, no admission/confession to a cop about consuming ANY alcohol FOREVER, NEVER admit/confess to leaving a restaurant that serves alcohol, NEVER volunteer for field sobriety tests.

Some DUI lawyers advise never speaking to cops so as to not give PC via alleged "slurred speech" or the so-called "odor of alcohol" (alcohol has no odor), and to instead use preprinted cards for each stage of the investigation (Willaim C Head attorney, author of 101 Ways to Avoid a DUI Conviction).

The legal limit for BAC is ALWAYS 0.00% for ALL ages = PROHIBITION, according to THP's driver license handbook. This would be a great argument against bloody checkpoints.

It's not mandatory if you...

"Don't get a DUI. When a cop pulls you over..... shoot him!" (crowd cheered wildly)

What do schools say about killin cops?

University of Tennessee official fight song about copkillin

"Rocky Top you'll always be
Home sweet home to me
Good ole Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee
Rocky Top, Tennessee.
Once two strangers climbed old Rocky Top
Looking for a moonshine still
Strangers ain't come down from Rocky Top
Reckon they never will."

What do cops say about killin cops?

"Back during Prohibition, when ATF agents went to the mountains to bust stills, they didn't come back. People wouldn't tolerate that oppression. That was before fluoride was added to the water..."
-Police Officer Jack McLamb, Officer Jack McLamb Radio Show, WBCR 1470am Alcoa TN, 20 Feb 2010

"Now if the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms comes to disarm you and they are bearing arms, resist them with arms. Go for a head shot; they're going to be wearing bulletproof vests. They've got a big target on there, ATF. Don't shoot at that, because they've got a vest on underneath that. Head shots, head shots.... Kill the sons of bitches. If the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms insists upon a firefight, give them a firefight. Just remember, they're wearing flak jackets and you're better off shooting for the head. I was talking about a situation in which law enforced agents comes smashing into a house, doesn't say who they are, and their guns are out, they're shooting, and they're in the wrong place. This has happened time and time again. The ATF has gone in and gotten the wrong guy in the wrong place. The law is that if somebody is shooting at you, using deadly force, the mere fact that they are a law enforcement officer, if they are in the wrong, does not mean you are obliged to allow yourself to be killed so your kinfolk can have a wrongful death action. You are legally entitled to defend yourself and I was speaking of exactly those kind of situations. If you're going to do that, you should know that they're wearing body armor so you should use a head shot. Now all I'm doing is stating the law, but all the nuances in there got left out when the story got repeated."
-G Gordon Liddy, FBI agent, Nixon White House lawyer, convicted Watergate felon, NeoCon radio host on his radio show

What does a twice-convicted drunk driver say, who likes to hunt naked women then rape them?

"I'm the guy who pulled the trigger and shot my friend."
