Police checkpoint on Dragon fails to nab Dark Knight shooter with TN tags and hookers

60 cops at Deals Gap failed to arrest James Holmes before Dark Knight movie massacre

Does the Killboy Cult have images of this Hyundai (Tuburon RC2 coupe) tag 119-ROC? Unless the Huffington Post was wrong for the first time in history.

Holmes was apprehended by police in the movie theater parking lot and did not resist arrest. The car he was driving had Tennessee license plate.

TMZ spoke to three of the women Holmes supposedly reviewed. Hooker #1 told us she meets with lots of men and couldn't confirm she ever did business with James. Hooker #2 said Holmes "looked very familiar" but couldn't say for certain if he was a client. But Hooker #3 was POSITIVE she had met up with Holmes ... not once, but twice ... as recently as August 2011. The woman, who goes by the name "Tiffany" -- tells TMZ ... "I had no issues with him … he was really nice.”

"The only amendment left in the Constitution is the Second one. If you take away the right to due process, habeas corpus, the prohibition against cruel and unusual treatment because they now torture, if they can take all these away, they can take away the guns. Probably won't be much longer. They certainly have a Police State, it's in place, and we no longer have any rights. They can bring any kind of charges against anybody at any time. Or they can simply dissappear them. There's no longer any protection from being thrown in a dungeon for the rest of your life, without ever being told why you're there, hahaha, much less a court being told, or a jury, or any evidence presented. So, as far as I can tell, the Constitution no longer exists for any constraints on the power of government, and the page has turned, hahaha. Or they'll kill you with a drone."

A Chinese man is recovering in the hospital today after men broke into his home and stole his penis. Although emergency workers searched for the severed organ, they failed to locate it and believe it was taken away by the attackers.

  1. Dragonater, I've looked extensively into the James Holmes case. Here is my new post on it all:

'Did James Holmes Have Help? An In-Depth Look at the Accomplice Theory'

With regards to the TN plates (used to live there myself), if you listen to the police scanner (plenty of links in my post), they mention a vehicle (a van, I believe) with TN plates in the west/front parking lot of the theater, with a possible secondary device. Police saw what could possibly be a thermos, but wanted to send in the bomb dogs anyway. From the two police scanner audio tracks I listened to on YouTube (one an extended version), nothing is said of what becomes of the car. But it's clear that it's a second car, and not Holmes'. You can even clearly see the Colorado license plates on Holmes' vehicle as 119 ROC, which is confirmed on the police scanner.

Because of the mention of two different license plates, early media reports mistakenly reported Holmes' car as having TN plates. Even though this isn't true, there are many more questions the media should be asking! Check out my post.

    Thanks,
    Vera

  2. One more thing: In Tennessee, there is only a back license plate; in Colorado, there are both front and back plates.
