Which cars get the most tickets?

By Insure.com, the same mother-fuckers who give copsters free RADAR guns to sue more speeding tickets for more profitable insurance extortion rackets. Only 5% of insurance revenues are paid in claims, according to insurance agent George Gordon at GeorgeGordon.com. Insurance execs pay themselves $200,000 per week per person, according to Ralph Nader, not counting Warren Buffet, owner of GEICO Govt Employees Insurance Company, who paid himself $30-Billion per year, tax free. Also by GE-MSNBC, the genocidal maniacs at the Pentagon Industrial Complex.

There is no law requiring purchase of car insurance... dozens of attorneys general say so in court.

Perhaps cops just target suckers who have a higher probability of paying a ticket rather than fight and win in court? BTW, this bullshite 'news' report fails to list the actual number of tickets per car per total number of tickets sued (100-million per year). Bikers are not mentioned, nor is the 11,400% increase in tickets for bikers at the Deals Gap Speed Trap, because MSNBC is full of shite.

Ticket magnet cars, and the Deals Gap Dragon Speed Trap*

If you're trying to predict who will receive the most traffic tickets in a given year, take a look at the car they drive.

Quality Planning, an auto insurance analytics firm, examined a year's worth of traffic-citation data to rank cars that are most and least likely to be cited for traffic violations.

The manner in which vehicles are driven -- and the resulting violations and crashes -- affect the drivers' car insurance rates. Quality Planning's study links the appeal of certain vehicles to drivers who tend to take more risks on the road. Generally, the cars with high citation rates are widely perceived as powerful or sporty. The study was based on the number of moving violations per 100,000 miles of driving.

Another SUV rollover crash today

Every day I see car crashes, intestines hanging out on the highway 2 days ago on I-40. I see dead people.

This is rare on the Dragon, where most just dust themselves off and go on about thier business, with a little help from their new friends.

The crash video today: SUVs are top-heavy with a high center of gravity, solid axles have a high roll center, causing premature roll overs. This crash was in light rain, just enough to make the road greasy, not enough to rinse it clean. Preceeding blind curves were tight radius, this curves was a clear view with a wide radius. Crash was at the entrance of a trucking construction company that had just minutes before graded a gravel road into mud, with leaking diesel fuel making the roadway extra lubricated at corner entry to that crash site. Rapid emergency response. Unkown medical outcome. Unkown if Nissan Pathfinder was 2x4 or 4x4.

This crash victim probably drove through that curve 1,000 times. But not with that combination of greasy diesel rain mud on the aspalt. Rookie mistake on a race track.

I had a vicious tankslapper in similar conditions on my old pre-sportbike Honda Nighthawk, at the entrance to a series of truckstops off I-40/I-75 at Watt Road. Hit the braskes o na wet road downhill, to avoid hitting a tractor trailer locking up his rear tires. Lesson learned: Leaky fork seals and rusty forks can kill. Never ride a motorcycle seized up with a rusty condom on top, even if it's free.

That is all.

US senatorial midget tells VW to ban unions in USA

This from a criminal traitor caught employing large numbers of illegal aliens.

Bob Crooker is a horse's ass

U.S. Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., says he has told Volkswagen officials that he thinks it would be "highly detrimental" to the German manufacturer if the United Auto Workers organizes its Chattanooga assembly plant.

"I was asked to give input, and I did," Corker said.

Gotta keep American workers impoverished on minimum wage, so Bobby Boy can fly to Bohemian Grove in his corporate jet and get sucked by male hookers and GW Bush.

Why isn't that peice of shit Crooker not gettin buttraped in prison? Because the only purpose of a Police State is to keep the real criminals out of jail.

Congressman Ron Paul gateraped by TSA faggots

This from a guy who's grabbed more pussy than JFK. So it MUST be bad.

TN Congressman Jimmy Duncan says abolish TSA:

Governor Jesse Ventura refuses to be gateraped 10 times every week, quits flying airlines and demands boycott:

Over 900 TSA complaints in Nov., ACLU says - "The TSA agent used her hands to feel under and between my breasts," said one woman. "She then rammed her hand up into my crotch until it jammed into my pubic bone." "So please, please, tell the ladies not to wear their liners at the airport," the woman continued. "I just don't want another woman to have to go through the 'patting down' because she didn't know that her glad-rag would be a matter of national security."

Judge Andrew Napolitano says kill the TSA:

Cop arrests biker with cerebral palsy for DUI

After Inquiry, Charges to Be Dropped Against Utah Man With Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy Who Could Not Perform Field Sobriety Test

Salt Lake City, UT. Nov. 9 – A Utah man who suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other disabilities was stopped while riding a motorized bicycle and charged with DUI after admitting he takes medication.

As CBS Affiliate KUTV correspondent Chris Jones reports, Mike Tilt was pulled over by Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Lisa Steed on October 28 and asked to take a field sobriety test.

[Dragonater Note: FSTs are always voluntary, for suckers only]

Tilt, whose left leg is shorter than his right, told the officer that he would likely fail the test (which requires him to put one foot in front of the other), and he did. Tilt told Steed he did not have a driver’s license – he’d given it up 15 years before due to his seizures.

[Dragonater Note: No driver license contract means no court has jurisdiction for traffic tickets]

After asking Tilt if he took medication for his epilepsy, she handcuffed him.

According to Tilt, when he asked if he were being arrested, Steed replied, "Yeah, for DUI."

[Dragonater Note: ALL prescription meds and ALL non-prescription meds are "proof" of DUI, according to DUI cops, DUI prosecutors, DUI judges, so exercise your Fifth Amendment right to shut the fuck up]

Ironically, Tilt had forgotten to take his medication that night.

In defending the trooper’s actions, Utah Highway Patrol told KUTV that many people drive under the influence of prescription medications.

They also praised Steed, who was named Trooper of the Year in 2007 for her arrests of drivers suspected of being under the influence. Over the past eight she has made nearly 800 DUI arrests, roughly half that in 2009 alone…

Tilt’s daughter, Courtney Tilt, told Jones, "If she’s proud of taking in an epileptic patient for a DUI, I don’t know what to think of her and her character."

But further investigation by KUTV found cases where Steed was chastised by judges for allegedly disregarding UHP procedures, in one instance calling her actions "especially troubling." Another judge said she "lacks credibility."

In some instances (though not in Tilt’s case) Steed conducted field sobriety tests out of view of her police car’s dashboard camera, counter to UHP policy.

Defense attorney Glen Neeley, who has represented several people stopped by Steed, said to Jones that Steed’s goal is to pull over as many people as possible with the goal of making DUI arrests.

After KUTV began looking into Steed’s record, UHP contacted the station, telling them they’d started their own inquiry of the trooper’s actions.

"Was it consistent with what we’re trying to do with our overall perspective of DUI enforcement and review of it? No, it wasn’t," Capt. Mike Rapich told the station of the Tilt case. "This individual is not to be prosecuted for DUI."

So Tilt is off the hook – but so is Steed. UHP stands behind Steed’s other DUI arrests, saying they "conform to prescribed procedure and the law."

Comments by DUI Superlawyer Lawrence Taylor

I’ve posted repeatedly in the past about so-called "DUI Super Cops". These are officers who rack up record numbers of drunk driving arrests — and are rewarded with MADD awards, departmental awards, promotions and astronomical overtime pay for court testimony.

See, for example, Super Cops…and Super Cons, How To Be a DUI Super Cop, Another DUI Super Cop, The Latest DUI Super Cop, How to Make a Million in the DUI Business.

Whatever happened to ethics, fairness and plain common sense in drunk driving cases?
